Bob Crowder: CEO/Head Coach of the Lake County Steelers
Bob is Married to his lovely wife Ausra, has three children, two stepchildren and six grandchildren.
After high school Bob played 13-1/2 years of flag football, winning 1 National Title, 7 Indiana state titles, and 2 Illinois state titles. After his Flag Football experience Bob then went on to coach Pop Warner in Griffith/Highland areas for 7 years. Bob Began his Minor League career with another local Football program before starting the Lake County Steelers. As a member in the MidStates Football League Bob has won several Awards including Coach of the year and Executive of the year. In 2007, Bob was inducted into the Minor League Football News Hall of Fame
